Refund when a site doesn't deliver

I had a dreadful stay at the Whitewater Park site in Stockton this June. The highlight of our discontent was an announcement one day that the shower and toilet block would be closed from 08.30 in the morning until luchtime for planned maintenance. A notice informed members they would have to use the facilities BEFORE 08.30 - so much for being on holiday!! In fact they were closed for most of the day. if this had been a hotel no doubt refunds would have been demanded. I really do think that the club should at least issue a site voucher to each of those effected. This is not the first time we have experienced the denial of essential services at this site.
