When booking how do you add a note?

I have just rung a site  and spoken to a lovely lovely super helpful warden.

As there is no awning pitch availability I was asking about booking a non awning. He said it would be fine as they were just narrower but to put a note in the notes column when booking.

Well, I cant find any notes column ........can anyone help?

I dont want to ring him back as he said he was up to his eyes in painting and leaf clearing so I dont want to disturb him again.
