edited November 2015 in Caravans #1

Purchase of 2nd hand Bailey 2012 Valencia from reputable Dealer in June 2015. Went away for weekend beg of July did not use shower has site had all facilities. Went Away for 2 weeks end of July used shower once and noticed flooding on floor in laundry basket.
Took caravan back to dealer to do snags and fix shower. 3 weeks later had back after reminding dealer that we needed caravan back for Bank Holiday August. Said all fixed! Tried shower still leaks. Returned shower 2nd Sept to get fixed. Found out that floor
needs repacing becasue of 60% damp, new lino, a complete new shower unit (its round one). It is now the end of Nove and still nothing has been done we have chased them constantly they have said they have replace floor when they haven't done anything in the
van at all that according to the service manager who has also checked when we dragged him in to explain. We've had them tell us that the manaufacturer of the shower has stopped producing them so they can't fix. Theyve promised us that Bailey would send engineer
but said engineer is always sick. So yesterday we said SOGA 1979 the caravan isn't fit for purchase we want our money back, been told we don't blame you..... Due to their failure of due diligency when they purchased the caravan from the previous owners they
have had to honour a full service warranty for said caravan for us. They have showed us job cards where the work has been signed off and the work hasn't been done.

We just want our money back.....I don't trust that they would fix the problems with the caravan. They have had the van for 3 months and clearly not doing anything, weve also found out it have been kept on the edge of their service area without any of the
sercurity locks in place (clearly this would void our insurance has they must be on if not in use).

So I'm asking am I within my rights to get a refund?
