To Cadac or not Cadac?

Hi,

Just getting kitted up for our first full year with the caravan and was looking at the Cadac's. I am thinking (and correct me if I am wrong, as to be truthful I not entirely sureUndecided)
...I wanted something to BBQ on but also a nice breakfast fry up and the odd stir fry tea etc. I have an external gas point on the van.

 

Should I:

1. Get the original Cadac Carri Deluxe with 5 surfaces.

2. Get the new Cadac 2, not yet available in deluxe with 2 surfaces (for more money).

3. Something different / better.

4. Nothing at all. 

 

Also, is it safe to use these types of device in an awning?
