Halford's screen wash

Called in to Halfords today for some screen wash. They do 3 'flavors'; a blue -5C version, a purple berry -10C version and a green citron -20C version, price increasing with decreasing temperature.

I picked up the ready to use version, then noticed the same berry -10C in concentrate also (other flavours also available in concentrate, all approximately twice the price). I turned them round to see what dilution was needed, thinking if it's more than 50%, the concentrate would work out cheaper.

But was shocked to see that it is was only rated to -10C if used neat, at 50% it was rated to -5C and at 20% only -1.5C

My question is (and was to the guy on the till who had no idea) is the ready to use actually rated to -10C or is it exactly the same as the concentrate for half the price?

It's all very fishy, either the ready to use is being mis-sold or the concentrate is ripping you off!
