finding caravan sites open in Dec/Jan in Fra/Spa

Hello

We are trying to plan a holidaydown to La Manga, Murcia over Xmas but cannot find sites that are open in Dec/Jan. We are looking at staying one night stops near Troyes/Lyon/Narbonne/Tarragona/Valencia.  Help with recommendations/web sites would be much appreciated.
