Sprite Alpine Window.

Had our 2011 Sprite Alpine for 4 Months with no Problems. Last week when away we had heavy Rain ,i then noticed the Window Sill had Water all along the Inside .Kept my eye on it and when returning home got the Hose out and Sprayed the Front of th eVan with
Water and went to look inside the Van. There was some water sitting on the Seal at the Bottom of the Window. Rang Stuart Longton and we have to take it in on Saturday..   Has anyone had any problem with this happening  and what was the outcome.
