TomTom's Use in France

Has any one been through France with their TomTom in use since tomtom changed the speed camera's to hazard zones, now that France has changed the law on satnavs??

I have down loaded the change and plan to travel through France next month. I do rely on my satnav a lot and I don't want to get done using it.
