Advice on winter touring in Austrian & Swiss

Hello,

We have a 2011 Swift Bolero 600EK and we are planning to go touring to Austria and Switzerland next Christmas & New Year for some skiing and hiking. Does anyone have any advice/experience on touring sites open in winter please - we are looking for sites with
at least transport to ski resorts, electric hook-up and showers. Also, any advice on gas please? We have read that propane is hard to get hold of - is it better to take extra tanks, or are there adapters that can be used in multiple European countries?
