I receive my Asci card automatically, the 2015 i received in dec, i was not aware that the payment was not taken from my account as when i first took out the account i was with a different bank. I have received a couple of emails to say they could not take payment as bank details have changed i emailed my new account details to them they still want me to send a cheque as they cannot update take my account details this time.. For next year they said they would update my account details later on.. The post is Netherlands what should i do should i send a cheque or what .. We go away soon and need the ACSI,.
