Change the booking rules on caravan club sites

Its time the club change its rules on club sites to only let you book in advance only if you book for say 4 days or more at a time, this will help with  the weekenders spoiling and taking up vital pitches for so little time and leaving the site deserted in the week plus only members should be able to use the sites has its not much to join the club, would also like to see adult only sites adopted by the club .i know this is similar to my other post but i have added what i believe would be the answer .
