I'd like to say thank you to whoever, don't even remember the thread let alone the poster SurprisedEmbarassed, who said that Google earth gave you the local bus company and timetables.

I got round to checking out a CL site tonight and right outside the site, in the middle of a village, there was a bus sign - I've seen these before and wondered which company would operate buses  here?  I recalled reading a post on here and clicked on the bus sign and lo it came to pass that up popped details of the bus company, scroll down and learn the bus number, click and it produces a timetable.  Ain't modern technology GREAT???

I've learnt lots of helpful things about making caravanning and motorhoming easier, places to stay, visit and avoid but I wonder if just the sheer amount of knowledge on here has given anyone else has stumbled upon 'additional life skills'??
