Stopovers in France in March

Can anyone recommend campsites which will be open in the middle of March near the main roads through France, either the motorway via Toulouse/Limoges or the Millau/Clermont Ferrand one and then the route via Chartres and Rouen.  I'm a lone lady traveller
so I'd like reasonably decent ones!
