GB Plates/ Red Pennant

Does anyone know if you still get GB plate included in the Red Pennant insurance pack I think you used to?  Or do I need to go and find one at Halfords etc?  Tried to phone and ask but as usual long hold times before you speak to anyone. Somwonw out there
is bound to know about this.
