alko jacking brackets

2 years ago I  bought from Alko a set of jacking brackets and jack. This was the correct size for the weight of my caravan. I now find that one of the brackets is bending outwards and won't lift that side of the caravan. Has anyone else experienced the same
problem? I have tried to contact Alko for advice but can get no response from them. I could buy a replacement but will that go the same
