Camping El Bierzo, Ponferrada, near Leon, Spain

I am looking for a site open in February in this area. Does anybody have any info on the above site. It shows as 90% statics and allowing dogs in the CC 2015 Guide and yet on the website there is no sign of any statics and it says (in Spanish) no dogs allowed.
I am a bit confused as it looks an OK site on their Website.
