Golf for motorhomers in either Spain or Portugal

My husband and I would like to go to Spain or Portugal sometime during the winter months for a holiday which would include some golf.  Obviously, we don't want to pay high golf charges, so has anyone any suggestions of some not too expensive golf courses
nearby some decent campsites?  He has just said he is quite interested in the Lisbon area, but as we would hope to be away for a wee while, I would also be interested in several areas.
