Cancelling due to poor weather forecast

Just had somebody cancel a weeks booking at 2 days notice due to the poor weather forecast! I know I've raised this before but it makes me so mad when it happens and it helps to vent my feelings!  Yes the site was full, I have been turning folk away and
we have hardstandings so no excuse! When will members realise that this behaviour is totally unacceptable and is unfair to both CL owners and other members.
