Cancelled due to poor weather forecast

I'm a CL owner (and a caravanner) and I've just had somebody cancel an 8 day booking who was due in tomorrow (Saturday) because of the bad weather forecast for Sunday. This booking did extend over the bank holiday weekend for which I have been turning down
booking requests as we were full. As a CL owner I find this rather irritating but perhaps I'm just being a grumpy old man! I would be interested to hear what other members think,
