Hi Viz for France

Hi All.

Been a long time since I've been in here, but I'm returning with a question: Sorry!

We're going back to France this year. As it's been a while, the kids have outgrown their Hi Viz vests. Now, from what I've heard, they aren't compulsory for passengers, but are advised.

As it isn't compulsory, I am considering getting non-normal colours, Purple for wife and daughter and blue for lad. Has anyone used alternative colours and had a telling off for it? Mine will be the normal yellow, as I will take my work one.

Any experiences glady listened to.
