Navigation system on 2012 Autotrails

Anyone having problems with thier navigation system on thier new Autotrail. Picked it up Friday 23rd and it froze 3 times on the way home. Cleaned card as told too by dealer and it has froze again today when we took it out for a spin.
Phoning Dealer on Monday but interested if anyone else has had this experience.
