Automatic Logout on Club Website

Having decide that I would use the festive down time to do a bit of CT ing I am becoming frustrated at the fact that four times now I have composed a message only to find that when I click on submit I have been logged out and all the typing is lost.I have
posted a reply today by composing it in word and then copying and pasting into CT but is there a way that I can stop this annoying action?
