Camping Cheques E-Mail

We stayed at Vilanova Park last year and used Camping Cheques. Many CTers have commented on this scheme and its apparent loss of favour amongst sites. Today I received the following in an e-mail which seems to support the view that ACSI and others are far
preferable to site operators;

Dear Sirs,



Due to its excessive cost we have been forced to cancel any agreements with Campingcheque for next season 2016.

 

We still accept campingcheques until the end of this year. Other cards with same price per night are accepted for this and the coming year such as CampingKey Europe

and CampingCard ACSI.

 

These cards have no need to pre-paid cheques, so you pay directly at the arrival.

 

We will provide you information regarding these cards at the reception.
