First time abroad...what was I worried about!!

Well we have just returned from our first 14 night trip with the van abroad. We loved it.   We went Dover to Calais on P&O (used airmiles) We used the ASCI card for all the sites, did not pre-book any just turned up and had no problems getting a pitch. We
did tend to pick areas where there was more than one site, just in case.  We stayed at 5 sites in all and only one I would not go out of my way to stay in again.

Planned to use toll roads most of the time, which we did.  But the D roads we did go on were fine, so next time we will plan our route to use more of these.

Planning to go again early June and early September next year.
