Travelling through Barcelona

Has anyone travelled through Barcelona whilst towing a caravan using the B20, or is it more advisable to stay on the AP7 as campsite staying at is in Vilanova just south of Barcelona. Route map takes me on the B20 but not sure if this is a good route with
caravan.
