Website navigation and campsite reviews

Hi there....I am not normally stupid and have joined many forums in the past, but it seems to me that this website [Caravan Club] is one of the most complicated to navigate. I wanted to leave a review of a club campsite I have stayed at and went around and
around in circles, did a search in the search bar. Followed the instructions to provide a review and still haven't managed it.

However, I found this forum/discussion service and thought I would bring it forward for a discussion.

Do other members find the Caravan Club Website clumbsy????
