Cordless Drill for Corner Steadies and Screw pegs

I am thinking of buying a cordless drill for my corner steadies and screw in awning pegs on hard standings. However, I have no idea what to look for and what sort of power I need. Are there any makes to look for or avoid. I know one person who uses a makita
18v for his steadies but does anyone have any advice on what I should be looking for and what attachments I need.
