Sites in Les Alpes Maritimes

We are hoping to walk in the Maritime Alpes in June around the area of Le Boreon. We have never been to this area before and have no idea what the roads are like for towing. Could anyone recommend some caravan sites that would be fairly easy to get to with
a large twin axle van that wouldn't involve twisty, mountainous roads.
