Just reading NEWS & EVENTS / OVERSEAS NEWS, under Changes to Road Safety Measures in France, it states that with the EU Parking Card that you can park anywhere for an unlimited time free of charge. Does this apply even if the parking space is labeled PAYANT? Unlike at here at home the boards displaying parking charges do not make it clear.
