Verona 2 damp and Torque setting

Can anybody out there give me advice, just had my first service on 2013 Verona 2 ( the out going modal,) dealer has said the Alu-tech body dose not need a yearly damp test,also they have set the wheel torque's at 130 on the wheel arches it state's 120 on the van, phoned them and they said torque will be fine, dose not sound right to me
