Destination Sweden

Have always fancied going to Sweden witht he caravan, but not considered the best road / ferry routes.  The road journey from Denmark through to southern Sweden looks great, but would also consider 1 or 2 ferries to get there

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of such a journey?
