I have a booking at Gatwick club site this Xmas to visit family in crawley. I tried extending it ,into Jan and also wanted to book for Feb but it is saying closed. I then tried Alderstead heath and that is showing closed. I also have a son in ealing and tried wyatts covert and that is the same. Do any one know if these…
Hi, can someone advise why all the booking dates after 31 Dec 2022 for Alderstead Heath are closed when trying to book for 2023. I have looked at dates as far as Aug 2023 but all dates come up as closed. Is the site due to close permanently? Thanks
How is everyone getting on with the newly launched Bookings page? For myself, we’ve been trying for 3 days to look for and book a couple of stopovers going to Aberdeen next month. Should have been a 15 minute exercise. Saved one site in the basket, can’t get back to it. Now, searching for sites in Scotland, it lists every…
Hi All.. I am brand new to motorhoming and my wife and I are very excited about embarking on our first trip. Eventually, we would like to tour the UK coast ( in sections ) and would really value some advice from all you experienced motorhomers & Caravanners. I’ve stumbled across numerous horror stories online ( unsure how…

Reading "Headlines" in the September Issue, my heart sank when I read the item about the club looking at technology. I use my caravan to get away from this unnecessary use of computer technology. There is no need to rush the arrival at a site, it is a good time to learn about the area. I take no television, mobile phones…

This referred to all vans being sited with doors facing away from each other meaning some vans had to be positioned looking into hedges etc. We had the same suggestion made to us at a site in Devon but it wasn't…
It’s probably me, as I am not good at navigating this website but, where has the thread gone? Moderator Comment - As the original thread has been found I will lock this one
We’ve just returned from our favourite club site where there were half a dozen seasonal pitches with no one using them on a bank holiday weekend. These pitches are easily the best ones on site with more space, catch the sun later in day etc When we arrived home we bumped into our disabled neighbour who told us their family…
