Having just created a new discussion and then pressing submit, I was redirected to a 'page not found' issue. I went 'back' and was brought straight back to the create page, luckily my original post was still 'in…
Can I remind people when adding links into posts there is an option box at the bottom to instruct the link to open in a new window. This is a handy feature as it helps prevent the original page being closed by mistake if you forget to use the back button! David
Didn't there used to be a place where I could check any posts I'd made. How do I find any threads I've contributed to on the new set up? Sorry if it is blatantly obvious but I haven't found it yet.
On 6 August I cotributed to a thread under the title of Rear View Cameras. This did not appear, buut is listed under My Profile - Latest Activity! The latest activity list is in itself difficult to find. Is it not about time the gremlins in the forum software were sorted?
Is there a facility to 'Save' potentially useful sites when planning a trip and browsing for stops en route, especially CLs? Yes, I can open the site's entry to review it and add it to my laptop's 'Favourites' for later reference but it would be far more convenient to have the facility to add it to a 'Favourite sites' page…
