Southport booked for the weekend. Just need to get tickets now. Anyone else hoping to go?
Just finished catching up on this series on iPlayer. Anyone else watch it? Great performances from David Tennant and Stanley Tucci. But did anyone feel they knew what was going on at the end? And if so, care to explain it to one bewildered viewer?Â
The latest series of this classic (subtitled) Italian detective series is currently showing on BBC 4 on Saturday evenings, with all episodes on BBC Iplayer. All the old cast, locations, food and fun. As brilliant as ever. Next week shows the very last episode, a must for fans of the Inspector and Sicily👍
Anybody else watching this rivettng series? Based (not sure how closely) on events during the 1980's miners' strike, it has a stellar cast, tremendous performances, especially from David Morrisey, Rob Glenister and Lesley Manville, you can't take your eyes off it (at least I can't!). Each episode ends on a real…
We watched this last night and so enjoyed it. One of the best programmes on tv in ages. Her own home movies from when she was so very young, her and Margaret just being kids. So much nostalgia, so many old faces. All so very relaxed. The Queen came across as a very wise and likeable person.

We watched this series over the course of Monday to Thursday this week and found it really interesting. https://www.itv.com/hub/di-ray/10a1725 Its produced by Jed Mercurio, of Line of Duty fame and stars Parminder Nagra ( Bend it like Beckham) Anyone else watched it? David
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this series (and the previous two). Intelligently written and superbly acted by all the cast. My wife and I were particularly impressed with Nicola Walker's acting skills. She impressed us in the Unforgotten series but this has shown an extra dimension to her multitude of talent. It's just a…
Anyone else watching this drama staring Eddie Marsan and Monica Dolan as canoe man John Darwin and his beleaguered wife? I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy it but as it has gone on I am quite enjoying it. Difficult to know how true to life it is but as a drama it seems to work. I am not sure whether to feel sorry for his…
Anyone watch it tonight. A live performance. It was in line with the original Rodgers and Hammerstein stage version rather than the classic film. I was quite impressed - only really spotted one error (a stray camera earlier on). Nice to hear the music not in the film. I look forward to seeing the programme that explains…
