We went to see this show at Bristol Hippodrome last night. For those of a certain age who enjoy music of the early 60s/70S it's a brilliant evening featuring some of the best pop songs of that era. The singer playing the lead role's voice was a little harsh for my taste, but it didn't detract from an excellent evening out.…
Just watched the Ewan and Colin Gregor about the RAF and its 100th birthday. For those that like men and machines it could be an interesting watch. Lovely to see the interviews with surviving members of the service, especially the two ladies of the ATA who delivery new planes to the RAF bases. David
Mrs M has insisted I "give it a chance" before I start moaning about it! Oh dear, poor old Brucie must be spinning in his grave. It's just dire, and that's putting it politely. OK darling, when can I start moaning?

I've really enjoyed the conversations and filming of the various places. The film called "The Way" followed the same route and I enjoyed watching it too, I think that was done in…
Watched the first episode, York Minster, of this C5 series and found it fascinating. I find Tony Robinson to be a good and informative presenter so added to my enjoyment.
Isn't this just the best story to emerge from the Oscars 2018? I've only seen a few clips of this film shown on local TV but you can tell just how excited little Maisie Sly was getting about it all. It's good that the effects of profound deafness will gain a higher profile as a result of this. Almost restores your faith in…
Don't think anyone has mentioned the new series that ended tonight. It's one of those programmes where the location shares the series with the story. Douglas Henshall, as DI Jimmy Perez is the main character. Good to see him on the right side of the law for a change!!! Certainly makes you inclined to think about visiting.…
I like a man who tells it as it is. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-43513895 K
Declan Donnelly is a good presenter, there's no reason why he cannot do his presenting job on his own. He doesn't need Mcpartlin now or in the future. K
