have just tried out my new Bailey Phoenix 644 caravan. It has a fixed bed that slides out for night time use. With the bed in that position it is impossible to get past at the base to access the toilet. Has anybody else had this problem?

We bought a brand new caravan in April and there is a fault with the mattress. One side does not give sufficient support and you roll off the bed.
