The oven lights perfectly ok but as soon as I release the gas knob the flame goes out any suggestions please ? it’s only 2 yrs old and the hob and grill work ok and I can stand there holding the knob in for 10 minutes but it’ll still go out on release.

There is a fold in the fabric at one end of our awning which will now only wind out a few inches before the winding mechanism jams. Any suggestions for how to go about releasing it, please? Last time it was used the awning wound away without any problems.
