Basic cheap site

This level site is ideal for one or two nights. Yes the dirt track does throw up some dust., especially as it has been so dry. We weren't the only ones who missed the key pad near the road and drove up to the... Show more

Just what you need form a CL site

We used this site to visit my son and family who are stationed at the nearby Army camp. For £11 per night I cannot fault the site, sure it’s a working farm but that adds to its charm. It has a very friendly and easy going feel, right down to... Show more

Great site for the money!

I see someone has complained about the chicken farm dirt track, as being very very busy, well we have been going for a few years now and unless it has changed into the M1 since we last went then no way can it be described as very very busy in... Show more

Extremely Disappointed

No welcome, just an honesty box to put your money in. Pitches are located beside a very very busy track road, tractors, lorries, cars whizzing by. Not safe for children or dogs. Very dusty and noisy. No water hose beside the CDP. Chickens roaming everywhere so can't let dogs off lead. Nowhere... Show more

not dog friendly

We spent only one night at this site couldn't wait to leave! Greetham is a lovely village we enjoy weekends here, great area with Rutland Water and Stamford only a short drive away, the plough public house just down the lane give you and your dog a very warm welcome... Show more

A little gem

Second visit to this site just perfect for us. It is a basic site but with walks straight from the site and a village shop and great pub around 300 yards away its ideal. Rutland is a lovely county and this site is great for visiting Rutland water and... Show more
