Items now surplus to requirements.....

Hi All,

Has anyone got any advice where I can advertise quality items that are now surplus to requirements following the recent sale of my motorhome….

Other than ebay or FB!!!

    I think you have excluded the two most likely to be effective. If you are on Facebook I would search out the groups dealing with your make of motorhome. I found such groups quite useful when we were selling our bits and pieces. I have also used Facebook Marketplace which can be a bit frantic if you get lots of people wanting the items. I think I would only put more expensive items on Ebay due to costs. It is a shame the Club don't incorporate a buying and selling section in this forum as it would be ideal for what you are selling. Perhaps limited a certain amount of money so we don't get involved in selling touring units.

    I'm guessing we are looking at items that may be on the large size, and so collection to be preferable. In such cases I've found Gumtree useful.

    You could find the Classified section on this site, but I know when looking for items I've not found it the easiest to navigate.
