Reviews on the new format

@Rowena Thanks, I hope that they do provide a way to view all the new reviews on the days they are made and perhaps a few days previous.

@Rowena - There are several posts from members that have raised points that you have "referred feedback to the relevant teams" yet we are still waiting for any constructive (or even non-constructive) replies to. In the meantime this thread has quickly disappeared into the quicksand of threads pushed down the pecking order, a la Faceache, whereby todays news is the only one relevant.
It's the same with the non replies to "Stickies". I note that Maddie has just put a new thread up for "Late Availability for CL owners 2025" yet this thread will disappear without trace well before most CL owners get the chance to see it. So what's happening to stop this scenario?
This new forum is a bit like having a brand new all singing and dancing car only for the online instructions to disappear when you need it and you have to plough through a 2 hour backlog of instructions to find what you're looking for. You start to hanker after that old banger that had a paper manual and comfortable seats and would get you where you wanted to be but at its own pace with occasional hitches and sudden non co-operation.

I was just going to raise the same issue. It would seem that those at HO who are supposes to be supporting this forum have just about disappeared into the ether, except when they want to advertise something new and then disappear again. I have raised certain points over the last few weeks but with the silence can be heard for miles!!😫

Is it any wonder that posts like this do not receive any response from this at HO?? There were two post last night but the listing is showing that the last response was made by me in December!! Come on those that are in charge, be it @Rowena or @CLMaddie or someone else! Perhaps this one too will be dispatched into "We don't want to answer the question because it is too embarrassing so we will just ignore it" dustbin as has happened with other posts in the past!

Hi there, @nelliethehooker I have just replied to you on the other discussion about the date issue. Regarding the reviews, I will chat to the team on Monday about this.

I have just been looking at some online questions and answers for Vanilla Forums, which is the software the new forum is based on. From what I could see there is no such function to have a "sticky". You can have an "Announcement" which is supposed to stay at the top of the listing but the ones I have seen in "How to use Club Together" don't seem to remain at the top? I also think that "Announcements" are only to be used by Admin.
On the subject of being able to read the latest reviews that would somehow need to be incorporated into the main website rather than here? Perhaps the Club could create a front page to the Club site section on the main website and create a latest review section within that? I know all these things add costs to the Club but having such a list could be to their advantage?

Yes, that's right we can make them an 'announcement' that stays at the top. @Wherenext I have done this for Maddie's discussions to keep them near the top. It is an admin function but if there's any that members feel would benefit from this please drop me an email communitymanager@camc.com and happy to take a look.

Thanks @Rowena I will respond to the other post later. There are a few ex stickies which were very useful having links to Seviced Pitches, both Club and CLs, and online maps of both CLs & non-facility ones.

What bearing does that have on CL reviews? What profit? Any surplus is ploughed back into the fund for acquiring and refurbishing sites.
