Alde Compact 3020 HE Panel rebooting

Hi all, just been on a long weekend away and started having problems with my Alde 3020 panel. Everything works fine during the day but at some point overnight the system seems to reset itself and the hot water and heating is turned off but the panel is still on. The panel still seems to work fine and allow me to set up the heating and hot water again and all is ok till the next night. I've not set any timers or day/night modes so wondering if anyone has an idea as to why it's resetting overnight?
Thanks in advance, Andy.

As a first step I suggest checking the contacts on the back of the panel, is the back of it easily accessible?
If possible, after turning off the panel, remove one wire at a time, marking them with labels so you know where to connect them back to.Then use some electrical contact cleaning spray to clean the contacts both on the panel and at the ends of the wires, and let them dry fully before reconnecting.
These connections to the panel can be affected by temperature, humidity, corrosion, wires being disturbed slightly .
Do you have “battery backup” fitted?

Many thanks for the helpful comments. I'll check the contacts behind the panel and then contact Alde if I have further issues. The caravan is a Swift Challenger 835 2021 so would hope that humidity and corrosion is not the diagnosis but worth checking all the same.

Many thanks for the suggestion - I've ordered the item and will test it out when we're next away.
