    Walney, you’ll be able to see replies here. I advise removing your email address which is visible to the whole wide world.


    You haven’t said what make/model your heater is but a search online will probably reveal instructions or a video. Do you not have a handbook?

    Have you tried it? The on/off and up/down buttons are obvious and Settings (cog wheel) will reveal much more.

    It’s too late to delete now @Takethedogalong ☹️. Maybe a mod will do it🤷🏻‍♂️. It’s repeated in Stories too.

    Edit is only available for 1 hour which is why I said it was too late in my reply to TDA. I recommend you contact the Community Manager and ask her to remove the email address from your post and your story for your own security. It's never wise to publish contact details on an open forum.
