New Handbook

I have opted to receive a hard copy of the handbook. I note from some facebook posts that these have been/are being sent out.

I have not received my copy yet. Are there others who are due to receive one that have not done so?

I recognise it is Xmas so post even more erratic than normal. However, I have been having communication difficulties with the Club that have not yet been resolved. I am hoping this isn't another one.

    @Hja No handbook here, mind you two days this week we have not even seen the postie. I also saw posts on Facebook but until then I had forgotten it was due.

    Why would new handbooks be sent out at the busiest time for the postal service? I'm sure Royal Mail are delighted with the timing!

    I have always wondered that to!I haven't received my copy yet,and the postman has already been!

    I have always received the bi annual book,and never had to opt in,have you got to opt in to receive?

    I seem to recall an email saying you could opt out, therefore I assume the default is that you get the book. Not had ours yet, although have had the ACSI one, which they also send out amongst the Christmas post.
