Hi all anyone having problems with iPad on the web site,

on the bookings /search web page it continually crashes the web site and does the same on the app on the iPad. Seems ok on pc and phone (android).

I’ve reset iPad from scratch to no avail. Tried all the different browsers same outcome.

Yes mine is exactly the same crashes every time I try to book or check availability. The site works perfectly fine on iMac which I have to use . My iPad is using iOS 15.8.3 .

I have had the same for months with my IPad. Only advice I got from Club was to change my browser, which I did. It still doesn’t work. But my IPhone does.

Same problem for months with my iPad and iPhone 11. It’s so frustrating I can’t see the point of being a member as I am not able to browse, make bookings etc

last time I booked I had to use a laptop but I can’t keep doing that, it’s not my normal technology. I don’t have a problem with other sites

I have been having the same problem.  I saw a previous thread regarding this and naively thought that ‘someone at the CAMC will have seen this and be working on it’.

Months later it is still the same.  I am having to use my phone to book online.  Yes, I could phone the site directly, or the call centre.  But that feels like yet another backward step for the CAMC.

With the new booking system, which was supposed to make it easier to book, it has been more difficult.  I don’t use the ‘basket’ to make more than one booking because if bookings are linked and you cancel one, the deposit isn’t automatically refunded.  It is transferred to the rest of the ‘basket’.  I don’t agree with that.

so to make several bookings, you have to use more time and keystrokes than on the previous booking system.

Anyway, the whole business of deposits,  and being unable to use my iPad, has encouraged me to book CL’s and commercial sites for a change.  Usually at this time of year I would have about six Club Sites booked for next year.  I have only booked one Club Site (on my phone, which is not my preferred method).

When, and if, I wish to book another site I will speak to the Head Office and report this problem, because it would seem that nothing is being done about it, which is very disappointing.
