NEC. No Etickets in email
Hello everyone. First time going to the NEC tomorrow. But I need help. I bought the tickets via paypal on the 18th of September and applied the discount code. I got a paypal confirmation email from paypal saying the payment had gone through to The Way Ahead Group Ltd, but I have not received and email confirmation of the tickets. And, try as I might I cannot find anything in my inbox. Yet I have the paypal confirmation of the tickets. Will we be able to get in just with the Paypal info.

I would be surprised if you didn't get an email confirmation. The usual advice is to check junk and trash folders in you email client to see if that is where the confirmation has ended up?

I would always take a hard copy of the acceptance, although if it does not have a bar code I do not know where you stand. Hopefully that would have enough information for them to check your booking although you still have to hope they are willing to do that. Not sure what information is on your Pay Pal acceptance.
If something has gone wrong in the system it would normally affect several people and they should be aware of that and deal accordingly, but frankly it is likely to be up to the staff on the day.
My feeling if you do not have the email is you might have got the address slightly wrong when you input it, these things are generally automatic and have always worked for us. Get a digit wrong and you are lost.

With PayPal the confirmation email tells you how much you have paid, to whom and the transaction number. Included in the email is a box to click to "View or Manage Payment" if you click this you get pretty full details of the transaction. Whether its enough to satisfy someone on the entrance is another matter?
