Club AGM 2024
Has anyone seen any information on submitting questions at the AGM in advance at this years AGM? I have checked this page here but no mention

I had an email on Monday. Also Voting link and access to Report for 2023. It looks as though it’s reproduced from pages in latest mag online, not sure. Report is interesting.

Anyone else not received the 2024 AGM voting details by email? Checked my Club communication preferences, albeit those preferences are irrelevant in terms of AGM voting which is a mandatory mailing. Nothing delivered to either my spam or junk mail.

The Club’s performance review, which is also the Chairman’s and DG’s report is online, along with the full Financial Report. (Look under News and Events at the top of this page.) I had the voting details and a link in an email above a week ago. I’d contact HQ is the email isn’t in your inbox or spam.

Yes I have that email. However there is normally a facility to ask questions at the AGM. Some are answered on the day and others in writing later. There seems to be no notification about this. I have emailed the club but don’t hold out a lot of hope.

Hi everyone,
I've asked for the link to where you can ask questions and I will post here once I receive it.

I did email the Club, had a response from the Governance section requesting Memb Number and they say they will send me the email link. There is still nothing on the AGM page on the web site. Do you know if you search the Club web site for AGM 2024 nothing comes up?!
Has anyone yet received any link to ask questions?

Hi all,
I've been advised that all lead/full members should have received the voting email from the Club. If you have unsubscribed from Club emails, however, you may not have received it. If you have not received any AGM emails then we can check to see why. Please contact governance@camc.com
The link to register to attend or submit a question is underneath the orange Vote Now button on the AGM email that was sent.
I hope this helps.

Just a heads up that the answers to questions asked at the 2024 AGM are now available here.
