Good Afternoon. I made a booking yesterday for next Easter and I’ve paid a deposit etc. My issue is that the booking doesn’t appear in the ‘my bookings’ section on the website and I haven’t recieved an email confirmation either. Is this a common problem? Thank you.

I would ring the club and get them to check from their end?
No it's not common, problems do occur but most of the time it's goes well. Hav eyou checked that the money has gone out from your bank?
