Hello, I remember Shannon caravans because my parents had one. An early 1960s or late 1950s model. 6 berth, end bedroom, kitchen across the van left to right, pull down from wall double bed, wooden folding partition across just before the U shape lounge next to the front windows. Coal fired heater. It was fantastic! We had many years of use out of it. It was on the Lincolnshire coast, Humberstone. There were some more Woden Shannons on the site too, a couple.

Ive been attempting to research Shannon caravan Co, but no luck so far. I haven’t got a full pic of the caravan, but I would recognise it, as it was quite distinctive. Different from the Bluebirds and Pembertons of that era.
