Great Big Green Week

Ok, you've seen one but did you report them to the wardens? After all there is a ban for a good environmental, or green, reason.

As you have already pointed out by quoting the rules, I was not aware of a ban but common sense dictates this should be so. No I would not report it to a warden. I would more likely mention it to the offender who, like me, was more than likely not aware of a written rule.

The Club do allow you to clean parts of any vehicle where not to do so could cause a danger on the road, like a windscreen or headlights. What they don't want you to do is a full "shampoo and set"!!!

Yes David, wing mirrors too but I think we established what could be done some time ago. What we were discussing were the reasons why the rule exists, why some folk still chose to do that ‘full shampoo and set’ you refer to and what we would do, or expect to be done, if it was witnessed happening.

Ok, so not aware of a rule yet engaged with someone who was washing their outfit?
I disagree that more likely than not people don't know this rule, it's been there for years
Well now you know PD but certainly I would if I was as bothered about green issues as you are (as you brought this up) and that's a compliment btw, or it affected my stay.
