With advancing years cometh some mobility issues.

Current problem is how to raise the height of the toilet seat.

Thetford do a raiser for some models but not ours, a C250.

Anyone else had this problem and how did you overcome it?

I thought most Thetford toilet heights were higher than house toilets anyway, but your best bet is to search for a toilet seat riser using google. "Try Raised toilet seats for the disabled" Your problem might be that the result will give you risers which fit household toilets and these may or may not fit a Thetford seat. Choose carefully or ensure you can return if it is not suitable.

Something like >this< might be the solution because I suspect your problem will be how to fix it securely to the Thetford toilet bowl? Fixings vary greatly and you are dealing with a plastic bowl not a ceramic one.

Go to local disability aids shop with a cardboard cut out of the size and shape of raised seat you want. Better to see  if they can help.rather than buying one on line which might not fit.

I was loaned something like that when I had my hip replaced. If it can fit around the caravan toilet it might be a good option.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've looked at one like it but unfortunately it won't fit in around the toilet.

Just seen an advert for a soft one that gets attached to the toilet seat via velcro straps. Bit more research required I think.
